Phish の新たな Vinyl series.
迷ったけどどんなものだか購入しました。

on LP のLP の意味が
Long Play ということなので、
LP には A面・B面通して 1 曲しか収録されていません。



LP 1 の Ruby Waves は 2019.07.14.
Alpine Valley の音源で 38 分の演奏は、
演奏翌日にとても話題になりました。



LP 2 は、2011年の Tour 開始前日の
Tech Rehearsal 音源なので、
初蔵だし音源かな。

このシリーズ、あの伝説の50分近い
Runway Jim もこのシリーズで登場するのでしょうか。

今後の希望としては、
自分が観た Atlanta 公演2015.08.01.の
Tweezer をリリースして欲しい。



まだ LP に針を落としていませんが、
これから音を楽しみたいと思います。
ちなみに盤はカラー盤です。
また、Poster はSold Out 、
関連 Tee も発売されています。

LP on LP 01 kicks off with “Ruby Waves”
from Phish’s Summer 2019 tour-ender at Alpine Valley,
a hallowed venue in America’s Dairyland.
Clocking in at over 38 minutes,
the Alpine Ruby Waves covered a lot of ground,
constantly shifting to create this must-hear performance.
LP on LP 01 was recorded by Garry Brown
and mixed from the multitrack masters by Elliot Scheiner
and is pressed on ruby waves colored vinyl.

LP on LP 02 features “Waves” from Phish’s tech rehearsal
the night before Summer Tour 2011 began at Bethel Woods.
Despite its origin, Bethel Tech “Waves” was anything but practice –
it was a profound improvisation experienced live by only the band and crew.
LP on LP 02 was recorded by Jon Altschiller and
mixed from the multitrack masters by Elliot Scheiner
and is pressed on blue waves colored vinyl.
